Please arrive 10-15 min before your appointment so that you have enough time to fill out your paperwork and use the restroom if necessary.

Cancellations

Your appointment time has been reserved just for you.  If you can not make it to your appointment, please allow 24 hours to cancel so that the time can be given to someone else and avoid the cancellation fee of 75% of the service. Regretfully, no shows will be charged the full amount.

Children

Please note that children will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointments.  Due to the private nature of our services, your eyes being closed, and the tranquil environment needed for everyone to have a relaxing spa experience...we request that no children or entourages (unless they have an appointment) accompany you to your appointments as this can take away from the full experience as well as interrupting our services.  I strive to provide personal, relaxing attention to each of my clients.

Contagious Diseases

If you have a contagious disease (herpes, cold sores, fever blisters, shingles, impetigo, ringworm, molluscum contagiosum, MRSA, etc) please reschedule! I value you as a client and want to prevent any further discomfort of spreading to other areas or to other people. Thank you!

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.  They must be presented at time of service. Clair de Lune Skincare Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate.
